The Arasmith Lily Pad & horizontal Salvager Chippers are high production machines capable of handling a wide variety of materials (hardwood & softwood from any region).
Large spout openings simplify the feeding process and no orientation of materials is necessary. Our Chippers have low RPM for more power savings, low maintenance, constructed of heavy plate and bar, and features economical knives that have a 1 bolt per knife design for quick change out. Easy access to bearings, and designed for many years of profitable operation. ALL CHIP SIZES AVAILABLE.

Our hogs can also process pallets and separate the nails magnetically downstream. Our hogs are versatile, handling a large capacity, with low maintenance, and high profitability.

Rotary Knife Grinder

Custom sizes available. Designed for processing the highest volume of lily pads/ log cutoffs. Approximately 40,000 pads per week on a 24 hour shift. Producing the highest quality chips possible. This machine has a PLC controlled hydraulic double deck in-feed system that orientates the pads for the best fiber chips possible turning your waste wood into highly profitable chips.
